Creatives
Please review this quick guide on ad rankings in order to give you a better understanding of how your ads and landing pages are ranked by our moderation team.
Determining the type of ad, we consider:
- image content and quality;
- semantic, grammar and stylistic integrity of the title;
- combination of the headline with the image
The types of creatives are determined and ranked in accordance with the Adskeeper creative policy.
We make sure that the preferences of advertisers and webmasters match perfectly. The right type of the ad will attract the target audience and guarantee the correct rotation on the corresponding sites.
Types of creatives within our system:
- PG: Parental Guidance: requires adult supervision;
- R: Restricted: restricted to be displayed for anyoneunder 17 years old (allowed with permission or in the presence of adults);
- NC17: No one 17 and under admitted: invalid content for anyone under 17;
- NSFW: Not safe for work: content with erotic implications.
- B: erotic or hideous content which is a bit over the top for NC17 and NSFW ranking
Do’s and Don’ts:
PG type:
- grammatically correct and stylistically consistent headline;
- relevant and high-quality image;
- integrity of ad;
- compatibility between image and title
- sexually suggestive content;
- images of people with naked body parts (e.g. bust,abdomen, legs above the knees);
- provocative or vulgar headlines;
- violence;
- adult themes;
- misleading statements;
- personal attributes
R type:
- colloquial words and expressions, abbreviations, slang;
- headline is acceptable to be not 100% relevant;
- fictional stories and fictional characters;
- images with naked body parts of non-sexual nature;
- imperfect image quality (slight pixelation, etc.);
- provocative or vulgar headlines
- provocative or vulgar images with an erotic nature;
- violence;
- adult topics
NC17 type:
- provocative and shocking headlines;
- controversial topics;
- strange, peculiar, irritating or disgusting images
- sexually suggestive images of any kind;
- pornography or erotica;

sexually explicit words and phrases (sugar mom/sugar
daddy/milf/ fuck)
Note: NC17 ads look, in a way, aggressive, disgusting
and shocking. This type of creative does not envisage
materials of a sexual nature.
NSFW type:
- colloquial words and expressions, abbreviations, slang;
- images of women in lingerie;
- provocative and shocking headlines;
- sexually suggestive material;
- sex scenes from entertainment (e.g. movies)
- pornography;
- erotic;
- nudity;
- intercourse process;
- prostitution or any references to sex for reward;
- vulgar, obscene, offensive phrases or words
Note: This type covers content that falls under the
“adult” category (pornographic content is prohibited!).
Creatives may be sexual in nature and sound sensational
and shocking. In this case, the creative should still
not contain nudity, pornography, erotica, or implication
of sexual intercourse.
In order for your creatives to pass moderation
successfully, it is very important to be able to
determine the fine line between vulgarity and
sexuality
B type:
- colloquial words and expressions, abbreviations, slang;
- adult topics;
- provocative and shocking headlines;
- sexually suggestive material;

implied nudity (e.g. image of topless woman from the
back); - strange, peculiar, irritating or disgusting images
- pornography;
- intercourse process;
- prostitution
Note: B type creatives cover both NC17 and NSFW
types but with a slightly wider boundary for sexual and
shocking content. Keep in mind that pornography, complete
nudity, and realistic images of vitals are still
prohibited.
